A Place To Tell Your Story

I uniquely help clients who are seeking to recover from complex trauma, whether it stems from childhood experiences or current toxic relationships and systems that they find themselves in.

Welcome.

Providing space for clients to tell their stories while holding a vision of them being well, recovered, and moving forward are essential parts of how I engage in therapy.

"Holding space is an important and rarely discussed concept. When we hold space for someone, we bear witness to them, their stories, and their pain…

We hold the vision of the person being well, being happy, having recovered…

Having a good story to describe a person’s travails helps us to hold hands and look in the same direction.”
